OnLife Networks is the world’s first CORD solution deployed in a commercial network, which is currently providing both fiber-based Network Access and Edge Computing services.
Current implementation provides auto provision capabilities to customers, which can activate 3P services by themselves on real time. They can also personalize the connection, for example, by changing the access bandwidth with a simple click in a web page, thanks to a technical implementation that leverages on VOLTHA.

OnLife is also proving to be a key enabler for Edge Computing services: During the talk, the advantages of Edge Computing vs traditional cloud will be shown by providing actual results obtained during the current pilot, including under 5ms e2e service delays and enhanced QoS.
